At Aagami, every jewel is conceived and crafted exclusively for you. Our made-to-order process ensures rarity, individuality, and uncompromising craftsmanship. Because of this bespoke approach, our return and refund policy is designed with clarity and fairness.

Returns

Made-to-Order Exclusivity: Each Aagami piece is uniquely created for its owner. Returns are not available on our products.

Quality Assurance: Our products are hallmarked and stones are verified; Diamonds are certified by recognised institutions. Moreover, every jewel undergoes a final studio inspection before dispatch, ensuring precision and enduring craft.

Cancellations

Cancellation Window: Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, before production begins.

Process: Requests must be submitted through whatsapp and email within this window.

After Production Begins: Once artisans commence work, cancellations are no longer possible.

Refunds

Form of Refund: Approved cancellations are refunded exclusively in the form of Aagami store credit, redeemable against future purchases.

No Cash Refunds: Monetary refunds are not offered, preserving the integrity of our bespoke process.

Validity: Store credit remains valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspection Protocol: While each piece is carefully reviewed before dispatch, in rare cases of damage during transit or incorrect delivery, customers must notify our support team within 24 hours of receipt.

Resolution: Depending on the issue, Aagami will arrange repair, replacement, or re-crafting.

Eligibility: Claims must be supported with photographs of the product and packaging in its original state along with the proof of purchase.

Global Delivery & Responsibility

Courier Partners: Aagami delivers worldwide through select logistics partners.

Delays: While we strive for timely delivery, Aagami is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, customs, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking: Customers receive confirmation and tracking details upon dispatch.
