Production & Fulfilment. Each Aagami creation is conceived and crafted exclusively for you. Every Aagami jewel is dispatched with the same care with which it is crafted. Your piece passes through our final inspection, careful preparation and shipping through select logistics partners.

Made to Order: Every Aagami jewel is exclusively crafted upon request. This ensures that each piece is created uniquely for its owner, preserving rarity and elevating the experience of true luxury. By producing on demand, we guarantee uncompromising craftsmanship and individuality in every order.

Lead Time: Please allow up to two weeks for our artisans to complete your order.

Final Inspection: Once finished, each piece is delivered to our studio within three business days for a final review of quality and detail.

Global Reach: Aagami delivers worldwide through select logistics partners.

Tracking: You will receive confirmation and tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Timelines: Delivery times vary by destination, reflecting the precision and care with which each order is handled.

Cancellations

Exclusivity of Craft: As each piece is made to order, returns are not accepted.

Cancellation Window: Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, before production begins.

Process: Requests must be submitted through our customer support team. After the 12-hour window, production commences and cancellations are no longer possible.

Payment Terms: Approved cancellations are refunded only in the form of Aagami store credit, which may be applied toward future purchases.
